Qualification/Personal Specification
• Undergraduate Degree is Desirable but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Passion for Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Excellent Communication, Written and Presentation skills
• Ability to Multi-Task, Prioritize, Problem Solve and Time Manage
• Team player with an ability to be self-motivated

Key Responsibilities Include:
Digital Marketing
Support with implementation of marketing & promotional campaigns
Database Management
Weekly online newsletters & distribution for all brands
To take responsibility for delivering on agreed KPI’s

Social Media
Develop & implement a strategy for all brands
Prepare and schedule posts across all platforms
Develop new and exciting ways to engage with followers/fans
Working with third parties on International personal brands
Executing marketing/promotional campaigns
Management of private member groups

Digital Content Management
Update and optimise content across multiple websites
Ensure the user experience is always at the centre of decision making
Report on the performance of websites
Identify new trends in digital marketing

Online Customer Relations
Manage communications with members and potential members
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing brand partners
Manage diary for all offline enquiries

Collaborate with designers / third parties
Support with training of new team members in the future
Developing of eBooks in line with agreed briefs
Delivering on ad hoc projects in line with an agreed brief
